By about the fifth or sixth week into a raw food diet, I am completely craving savoury cooked/processed grains. Although I don’t normally eat conventional breads, dehydrated bread seems really decadent all the more enjoyable because of the effort you’ve put into making it.
Use it to make a sandwich or top with ingredients to make a raw pizza.
Using ingredients I had on hand, I combined a small amount of flax meal with raw corn, zucchini, water and spices. The aroma of freshly made bread signals when the mixture is ready to eat!
