What do Vegans EAT?

A complete & satisfying vegan meal can consist of fresh raw vegetables dressed in lemon juice, cooked starches seasoned with cumin & garlic powder and topped in a tahini & mustard sauce.

By combining smaller quantities of “trigger foods” (in this case chick peas) with raw vegetables high in water content & gentle starches you can create a healthy balanced meal that is easy to digest and still full of nutrition.

Salt has been substituted with lemon juice and spices and no oil is required for cooking.

This meal is easy to prepare and ingredients are easily substituted with fresh ingredients you have on hand.
