I never liked bananas until introducing them into my diet a few years ago, and now I can’t live without them! Bananas are a reliable go-to morning food and are best digested when very ripe. I would never recommend eating banana after consuming any cooked food that day.

Bananas are the ideal fuel for an active day ahead. Your body tends to burn bananas very quickly (you can even feel your body heating slightly after eating them) and if you don’t eat enough bananas at a time, you may become very hungry before your next meal.

Eat your bananas in a smoothie, frozen & blended into ice cream or custard, banana “milk” or delicious dehydrated banana chips.
